Class Documentation

Filter that passes when the linked champion skin is in the game, gating a ViewControllerList. This is the entire per-skin gating of Riot's overlay UIs - e.g. Soul Fighter Sett's grit meter, filtered on Characters/Sett/Skins/Skin66.
