A lifetime state machine that repeats its emitting
phase: a start delay, then EmitterLoops emitting phases separated by loop delays, then
an outro, then finished. An intro runs from the emitter's creation alongside the phases.
A loop delay follows every emitting phase except the last one. A spawn behaviour with a burst bursts at the start of each emitting phase, so it bursts once per loop.
The emission duration that the emitter reports to the particle system is
(EmitterDuration + LoopDelay) * EmitterLoops, or endless when EmitterLoops is
negative. The estimate includes one loop delay after the last loop, which does not run.
Its values start at: startDelay 0, IntroDuration 0, EmitterDuration 1,
LoopDelay 1, OutroDuration 0, particleLifetime 1.

Flag = false When set, the client evaluates EmitterDuration again at the start of each emitting
phase and LoopDelay again at the start of each loop delay, so a random driver gives
each loop its own length. The reported emission duration then becomes the sum of
EmitterLoops new evaluations of EmitterDuration and one fewer of LoopDelay,
computed when the emitter is created. When clear, every loop uses the values evaluated
at creation.
Flag = false Has no effect. The client reads the flag for each new particle and does not use the result.
Pointer<IVfxFloatDriver> Embed<VfxFloatDynamicProperty> Length of each emitting phase, in seconds. It is evaluated once when the emitter is
created, and every loop reuses that value unless 0xf3ac39a6 is set.
I16 = 2 Number of emitting phases. A negative value repeats the loop without end. 0 still
runs one emitting phase, although the reported emission duration is 0.

Pointer<IVfxFloatDriver> Embed<VfxFloatDynamicProperty> Length of the intro, in seconds, evaluated once when the emitter is created. The intro
starts with the emitter and runs alongside the other phases. It does not delay or gate
emission. The client tracks the intro's progress from 0 to 1 over this time; what
reads that progress is not established.
Pointer<IVfxFloatDriver> Embed<VfxFloatDynamicProperty> Length of the pause between two emitting phases, in seconds. It is evaluated once when
the emitter is created, and every loop reuses that value unless 0xf3ac39a6 is set.
Pointer<IVfxFloatDriver> Embed<VfxFloatDynamicProperty> Length of the outro, in seconds, evaluated when the outro starts. When the outro ends,
the client removes every remaining particle. A negative value uses one new evaluation
of particleLifetime instead, if that is positive and finite, and 0 otherwise.
Pointer<IVfxFloatDriver> Embed<VfxFloatDynamicProperty> Lifetime of each particle, in seconds, evaluated once for each new particle. A negative value means the particle never expires and is removed only when the emitter is finished.
Pointer<IVfxFloatDriver> Embed<VfxFloatDynamicProperty> Length of the start delay, in seconds, evaluated once when the emitter is created.
