A condition that tests an entity tag without an entity. It returns true if the client's entity manager keeps an entry for tag. Which tags the entity manager keeps entries for is not confirmed. ActivateEntityTagBlock and DeactivateEntityTagBlock activate and deactivate the entities that carry a tag.
