F32 = 1 The share of max health over which a burst flash ramps from StartFlashAlpha to full
strength. Smaller values make the flash reach full strength with less damage above the
threshold.
The damage screen flash: the full-screen flash the client shows when the local player's champion takes damage.
The client runs one of two checks on every damage event of that champion.
Low health. If the champion's health fraction is at or below
LowHealthFlashThresholdPercentage, every hit flashes. The flash lasts
LowHealthFlashDuration seconds and its opacity is:
0xba7b16a1 × (1 - health fraction)
So the flash gets stronger as health drops.
Burst. Above that threshold, the client records the hit. It keeps the last 20 hits
and adds up the damage taken in the last OverTimeForFlashSeconds seconds. When the sum
is more than PercentageDamageForFlash × max health, it flashes for flashDuration
seconds with this opacity:
0xba7b16a1 × min(1, StartFlashAlpha + excess ÷ (0x22728a51 × max health))
Here excess is the sum minus the threshold. The client then clears the recorded hits,
so the next burst flash needs new damage.
F32 = 1 The share of max health over which a burst flash ramps from StartFlashAlpha to full
strength. Smaller values make the flash reach full strength with less damage above the
threshold.
F32 = 0.800000011920929 The opacity of a flash at full strength, from 0 to 1. It scales both the
low-health flash and the burst flash.

F32 = 1.2000000476837158 How long a low-health flash lasts, in seconds.
F32 = 0.6000000238418579 The health fraction at or below which every hit flashes. Above it, the burst check applies instead.
F32 = 0 The length, in seconds, of the window the burst check sums damage over. Hits older than this do not count.
F32 = 1 The burst threshold, as a fraction of the champion's max health. The damage summed
over OverTimeForFlashSeconds must be more than this share for a burst flash.
F32 = 1 The strength of a burst flash that only just passes the threshold, from 0 to 1.
Damage above the threshold adds to it.
